GT America Mono Font

GT America Mono is the monospaced subfamily of GT America, designed by Noël Leu with Seb McLauchlan and released by Grilli Type in 2016. The family was conceived as a bridge between nineteenth-century American Gothics and twentieth-century European Neo-Grotesks, using the best design features of both traditions in the widths and weights where they function best. Mono occupies the fixed-pitch place in that system, alongside Compressed, Condensed, Standard, Extended, and Expanded.
