Degular Font

Degular is James Edmondson’s 2020 sans serif for OH no Type Co., a deliberately unshowy face meant to fade into the background rather than compete with the foundry’s louder designs. Low contrast and a high x-height keep it usable for headings and paragraphs. Seven weights from Thin to Black, with matching italics, are cut in three optical sizes—Text, Degular, and Display—while Degular Mono follows the same design in a robotic voice. Display styles are meant to be used large.
