Shinya Okano

Based in Tokyo, working across web-centered art direction, design, and animation. After graduating from Musashino Art University, he began his career as a graphic designer at a major in-house agency. He later gained experience at a design studio and a web production company before co-founding RYDEN Inc. In November 2025, he established PIKABIA Inc. and started working independently as a freelance art director and designer. His design philosophy is rooted in the balance between problem-solving and aesthetic sensibility, aiming to create emotionally resonant work with cultural value.
