Mrs Eaves Font

Mrs Eaves is a serif typeface designed by Zuzana Licko for Emigre in 1996, her first attempt at a traditional typeface. It was styled after Baskerville, the transitional serif designed in 1757 by John Baskerville in Birmingham, England, and named after Sarah Eaves, Baskerville’s live-in housekeeper, whom he later married. The family includes Roman, Italic, Bold, and Bold Italic, and is related to Mrs Eaves XL Serif and Narrow as well as Mr Eaves Sans and Modern.
